The event will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Date changed to Friday, May 16!  We are closing in on our trip to Winterthur on Tuesday, May 13th. It’s springtime, and much of the gardens will be in full bloom. Rhododendrons, Peonies, etc, etc, etc! If it’s a sunny day, you may want to bring a diffuser to help control the light. Tickets are available online or upon arriving. The ticket includes a tram tour of the gardens if you like, and a self-guided tour of the mansion. For more info, check out the gardens here.

Winterthur encourages picnicking, so we plan to do just that. Pack a lunch and bring it in with you, or you can buy something there. If you care to join us, we are planning to eat at Icewell Terrace at 12:30.

There will be one carpool from Exton for this trip. It will leave from the Giant parking lot next to the Panera on Swedesford Road at 9:15AM. Let me know if you plan to join us and if you will be carpooling. If you plan to meet us at Winterthur, be there at 10:00AM.
