The National Dog Show is always a wonderful event even if you aren't a “dog person”. The dogs, and their owners love having their picture taken. No need for that anxiety about asking permission to photograph someone. This is what they are there for. 

Join us on Saturday, November 16th. We can meet in the lobby at 1:30pm, get our group shot and go inside to see our four legged friends. There will be many hundreds of those critters in there. You will see how the owners prep their canines for their moment in the spotlight. It’s quite something.

There will be no carpool for this one. You can get directions to the event and buy tickets ahead of time on the show’s website, or you can just buy them at the show.

BTW. If you haven’t seen “Best in Show”, you might want to check it out before you go. It’s a very funny film about dog shows and their people.
