This September is the 245th anniversary of the Battle of Brandywine where the British 'Red coats' sent George Washington's troops into a retreat that ultimately put them at Valley Forge for the winter while the British took control of Philadelphia.
This is expected to be a major event with many activities between 10am and 4pm both Saturday 9/24/2022 and Sunday 9/25/2022 as described here.
